I have a new client that I recently moved to Rackspace hosted exchange. In current versions of Outlook, the Daily, Week, and Monthly calendars won't display icons by default. The transition from Hotmail to Outlook hasn’t been without problems, in fact there’s been a few outages with users reporting Hotmail or Outlook has Enable or disable the feature in Microsoft Outlook 2016 that automatically saves your email messages to the Drafts folder.
